A proud moment for Malaysians!
Yesterday's official announcement by Sepang Circuit brings the homeboys - Jazeman Jaafar Live Page, Afiq Ikhwan Yazid, Weiron Tan 陈韦龙, and Nabil Jeffri officially into the International arena of Endurance Racing this year, to race at the prestigious 24 hour Le Mans at Circuit De La Sarthe, France, this June.
After an astonishing run early this year in Buriram, Thailand & Sepang in February, the SIC Talent Development Programme has taken a step forward to bring our Motorsport National Heroes to participate in the World Endurance Championship. Signed and sealed, Sepang International Circuit and Jackie Chan DC Racing Team will be the driving force together with the homeboys in the new season of WEC 2018/2019 in the Oreca 07 LMP2.
We'll be keeping close tabs with these guys on the action, and we congratulate them again for a successful season ahead!
